　　本公司直属于中国汽车工业工程有限公司，隶属于国资委下的国机集团，是百分百国有控股独立法人公司。本公司成立于1993年，由机械工业第五设计院全资组建。在工程监理、项目管理、技术咨询服务等方面取得了长足发展，积累了宝贵的技术、管理经验。

　　近几年通过改制与重组整合了总部的项目管理、设计、勘察等协作优势，奋力开拓全过程咨询业务市场并取得了一定成果。同时夯实了高端监理、项目管理、造价咨询、技术咨询服务等传统业务优势。

　　目前公司拥有正式员工近200人，具备国家级注册类资格人员68人。其中国家注册监理工程师41人。

　　公司资质为房建甲级、市政乙级、机电乙级。

The company is directly affiliated to China Automotive Industry Engineering Co., Ltd., which is belong to SINOMACH under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and is a 100% state-controlled independent legal company. As the first batch of national supervision enterprises, it was wholly-owned by the Fifth Design Institute of Machinery Industry in 1993. It has made great progress in engineering supervision, project management, technical consulting services, etc., and has accumulated valuable technical and management experience.

In recent years, through restructuring and reorganization, we have integrated the project management, design, survey and other collaborative advantages of the headquarters, and strived to develop the whole-process consulting business market, thus have been achieving certain results. At the same time, we have consolidated the traditional business advantages, such as high-end supervision, project management, cost consulting, and technical consulting services and so on.

At present, the company owns nearly 200 formal employees and 68 national-level registered personnel. Among them, there are 41 national registered supervision engineers.

The company has the qualification of housing construction class A, municipal class B, and mechanical and electrical class B.
